The training program is a preparation for your 5 km run goal. The class will be held once a week at the date and time indicated on your registration. Each class will start with a 5 minute info session at the studio, followed by your group run. To complete your weekly training, you will join your instructor each week. To prevent injuries, we will create an effective training program best suited to your current fitness level. If you can currently run for 2 minutes, then you are ready for the 5 km run program. Our pace while running will be gentle enough so we can carry on a conversation. The running technique will help build your cardiovascular strength.
