The training program is a preparation for your 5 km run goal. The class will be held once a week at the date and time indicated on your registration. Each class will start with a 5-minutes warm-up, followed by your group run. To prevent injuries, we will create an effective training program best suited to your current fitness level. If you can currently run for 2 minutes, then you are ready for the 5 km run program. Our pace while running will be gentle enough so we can carry on a conversation. The running technique will help build your cardiovascular strength.
