For individuals who are interested to give running a try and learn the proper running technique. This training session will introduce you to running. At the end of this session, you will be running for 20+ about 2.5KM with a gradual progression of the run and walk breaks. You will lose weight, reduce stress and get fit. Study shows that spending 30 minutes a day to run help to lift the mood of someone suffering from depression. Most importantly you get to enjoy the outdoors.
