Core-strength exercises

Cardio + Core is a high energy, interval-style, functional fitness class combining strength, cardio, core, and plyometric exercises. Each exercise is performed on your mat for one minute using weights, props or your own body weight. This 45min full-body workout will have you jumping, lifting, and bending. Get ready to work and sweat! Options are offered for all fitness levels.
