Conditioning and endurance

The goal is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. This workout can vary but generally include an intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. This is a form of body conditioning, endurance and resistance training using high and low-intensity. It targets strength building muscular endurance, cardio and flexibility. Bootcamp workout is also a type of interval training- bursts of intense and lighter activity exercises. Marcia likes to take the whole-body approach so that her clients will see and feel the personal coaching benefits, with dedication, motivation and education, you will achieve your goals.
