Conditioning and endurance

Bootcamp is a cardiovascular workout that builds strength and muscular endurance within the body. It is a type of interval training that focuses on exerting bursts of high and low-intensity exercises. The workout serves to condition the body by targeting aerobic elements such as balance, muscular flexibility, and strength. The fitness instructor, Marcia, enjoys applying the full-body workout approach in her teachings, which allows her clients to experience the internal and external benefits the workout has to offer.
