Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominals, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Build overall strength. Certified Fitness Instructor, who is very passionate in keeping active and is determined to encourage and help others to keep moving for a healthy life. Fitness is my therapy, whether I am having a bad or good day. Working out always makes it better! I love to strength train (squats and lunges are my favorite). I enjoy a good dance workout and enjoy going for a 5 or 10KM run. However, in my training session, we will work hard, play hard, we’ll do it with a smile! Please join me in one of my classes.
