Good for everybody, from beginners to seasoned Yogis. I

Boost your mood and restore balance to the mind and body. You will explore the depths of various postures while blending your elements of breath, movement and revitalizing energy. It also improves strength, flexibility, and balance, reduce stress and improve physical postures in conjunction with an awareness of the breath to help develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit.

Class Trainer

Nicole Fiollet

Nicole has been teaching yoga for 15 years and tailors the class to the participants; she offers options for asana postures to accommodate all levels of ability. Her initial yoga teacher training was with David Swenson and she has attended numerous workshops including with practitioners Richard Freeman and Douglas Keller.
