D Y N A M I C E X E R C I S E C L A S S

Cardio strength is a high energy, fitness class combining strength, flexibility, and cardio, exercises. Each exercise is performed for forty seconds using weights, props or your own body weight. This is a full-body workout. Get ready to work and sweat! Options are offered for all fitness levels.
