Being physical active and a fitness trainer, are one of my greatest wealth. I am a marathon runner, fitness instructor specialist and personal trainer. The responsibility to stay healthy and fit is ultimately my decision. It can be the same for you, by creating a support system focus on healthy choices with your family and friends. Ignite the fire within you, and upgrade your life by taking the time to embrace an active lifestyle, your survival is in part determined by a will to live healthier, a will to live longer and a will to give more a will power to do the hard things well every minute of day. It’s important to maintain or create an active lifestyle. Finding time to exercise is one of the most important things that we can do for our body.
PERSIST UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS. LIFT - MOVE - STRETCH - DANCE - DREAM - BELIEVE -ACHIEVE -FITTER -STRONGER - HEALTHIER
Increase exercising and weight training. You will feel better and add more muscle, which burns more calories than fat and stimulates your fat releasing hormones. Dieting increases your fat storing hormones and may reduce the fat releasing hormones, so it becomes more difficult to lose weight if you do not exercise. Keep active consistently!
Please take the time to add movement to your life, make it a part of your daily routine. Start small, if you are out of shape, start by adding a 10 minutes’ walk a day! Then add 5 minutes to your walk each week. Aim for walking for at least 30 minutes per day and build it up to an additional 5 mins each week. No matter how busy you are or how tired you are, just don’t stop moving. To improve your health, this starts with you! Move for health, for life to live longer and healthier.
